The most versatile method of dispensing low to
high viscosity liquids is the time pressure
method, where in the fluid is made to come out
through a nozzle under high pressure for a
specific time hence our equipment require a
filtered and regulated compressed air supply at
maximum 100psi along with 230v ,50 Hz, A.C.
electrical supply.
Due to its versatile usage our equipment find use
for a dispensing & filling ,epoxy, anaerobic,
cyanoacrylates, RTV silicon sealants, butyl
sealants, solder paste, grease oils,
paints
inks, food items & practically all material. |

VTS is a basically on electro pneumatic system,
system designed for Automatic and accurate
dispensing of discrete shots of highly
pure/reacting a low viscosity liquids. It can
dispense water at flow rates of up to 50 ml/sec.
shot volume can be 0.05 ml to 5 lit. With 1 %
accuracy.
Advantages of using VTS are
1. Consistent volume - No More no less.
2. Faster production (the pressure).
3. The liquid contained (the pressure) can be of
any capacity from 1 lit to 100lits.
Apart from standard VTS we do under take
manufacturing of special purpose machined. e.g.
Fully automatic miter mix & dispense system, multi
head dispensing system ,rotary dispensing system,
X-Y axis dispensing system.
VALVE TANK SYSTEM (VTS)
PERFECT SYSTEM Offers an effective and versatile
valve tank system (VTS) for dispensing a wide
verity of low &medium viscosity (up to 30,000 cps)
highly pure/reactive precious liquid as a unique
electro pneumatically controlled system with a
pinch tube valve a precise opening time. It is in
use for filling/applying sulphuric acid solution,
saline water, istant glue, cynocrylates, Thinly
chloride, perfumes, epoxy, oils…..
The system comprises of 3 modules:
a. electro-pneumatic controller PS103VTS
b. Pinch tube valve.PS103VTS PT
c. A suitable capacity pressure tank.
With connections for air & liquid as well as
accessories like safety valve, etc (tank should be
usually provided by the customer through design
